- ➤ Utmost Co.—a Richmond streetwear brand founded by local native Jermaine Edwards—reopened its storefront on Bainbridge St. in Manchester in late February. - ➤ Richmond-based Atlantic Union Bank completed a $1.3 billion deal to acquire Sandy Spring Bank, a bank that started in Bowling Green and a Maryland tobacco-farming village that was a haven for free Blacks.
