- ➤ RVA Fashion Week will return to Richmond runways from April 21–27 and showcase bold fashion and streetwear by local and East Coast designers. - ➤ Henrico Schools officials have proposed a new rule+ middle and high school students would keep their cell phones tucked away in backpacks or school storage all day while a change for elementary students would ban their phones after a fifth offense. The proposal follows Governor Youngkin's executive order directing the state education department to draft policies that nearly eliminate cell phone use inside school buildings+ districts must adopt similar rules by January. 6 News
- ➤ Armstrong High School in Richmond inducted 85 students into its first-ever National Honors College on Tuesday morning after they balanced extracurricular activities and community service with high grades — each student received a cord during the ceremony — and a school official said the milestone marks a historic achievement for the school. 6 News

- ➤ Henrico county will add more boardwalks along Tuckahoe Creek after receiving a land donation from a longtime local real estate firm. A ceremony held Monday at the former Tuckahoe Village Recreation Association property marked the start of the next phase—additional trails will complement the boardwalks at Old Coach Lane and Ridgefield Parkway. 6 News
