- ➤ A 3-year-old boy was shot to death at the Winchester Green Apartments in Chesterfield on May 1 when he was handling a firearm—Jeffrey R. Greene, a 37-year-old man who lives at the residence, was charged with felony child neglect and allowing a child access to a firearm. FOX Richmond
