- ➤ A second suspect—20-year-old Samarion Ty’shon Seymour from Norfolk—turned himself in to the Petersburg Bureau of Police on Monday evening in connection with the deadly hit-and-run crash on Airport Drive that occurred at 2 a.m. on March 22 and claimed the life of 29-year-old Luis Fernando Cac Caal while injuring a woman, and he now faces charges—Manslaughter, Felony Hit-and-Run, and Felony Eluding—related to the incident. 12 On Your Side
- ➤ Investigators in Colonial Heights delayed criminal charges against nursing home staff—charges set aside after a December raid—to look into evidence of more elder abuse victims and decide if new charges will be filed. 6 News
- ➤ Police have identified 38-year-old Chrystal Lee as a person of interest in the April 27 shooting death of 28-year-old Keyonna Ford on Fairfield Avenue—Ford was found with a gunshot wound and later died at the hospital. FOX Richmond
