- ➤ Authorities responded to a house fire today on Robious Road near Middlothian Turnpike just before 8:30 a.m., and firefighters contained the blaze in 45 minutes with no injuries reported. 12 On Your Side

- ➤ Deputies in Hanover County began a death investigation on May 24th at about 10:30 a.m. after a suspicious vehicle call led them to a Mechanicsville gas station where they found a man’s body inside his car—his name has not yet been released as officials work to notify his family. 6 News
- ➤ Chesterfield police are searching for a suspect in an overnight shooting on the 2400 block of Vicki Ct that left one man severely injured; officers responded at 11:38 p.m. on Saturday and took the victim, who had a gunshot wound, to a local hospital. The suspect is described as a male in gray pants, a black coat and a face mask — anyone with information is asked to come forward. 12 On Your Side
- ➤ Police responded at 10:30 a.m. today at a Sheetz station on Pole Green Road where they found a man dead in his vehicle, and officials say there is no sign of foul play while his identity is being withheld until next of kin are notified. 12 On Your Side
- ➤ A man was shot in the back after an argument in a downtown Richmond apartment building late Friday night and was taken to a nearby hospital with non-life-threatening injuries—police have detained a suspect. 6 News
