- ➤ Multiple neighborhoods in Richmond are under a boil water advisory after the water treatment plant experienced an operational issue early Tuesday that temporarily reduced water output; city officials say residents should boil water for drinking, cooking and cleaning until the issue is resolved. 6 News
- ➤ Richmond officials issued a new boil water advisory Tuesday, May 27th for areas served by the Ginter Park Tank — including Byrd Park, Brookland Park, Carver, Carytown, Chamberlayne, the Fan, Jackson Ward, Oregon Hill, Randolph and the VCU Monroe Park campus. Some customers may face low pressure or loss of service as filters re-clogged after full production, and residents must boil and conserve water until the advisory is lifted. Virginia Mercury
