- ➤ The United Daughters of the Confederacy has filed a lawsuit in Richmond Circuit Court to use subpoena power to identify unknown rioters who vandalized and firebombed its headquarters on Arthur Ashe Boulevard during the 2020 George Floyd protests — causing over $4.1 million in damage and the loss of key Civil War artifacts including Stonewall Jackson’s regimental flag — in hopes of spurring arrests and recovering $1.8 million in damages.
