- ➤ Lindsey Food Group and Brainstorm brewery signed a lease to turn the former Dogtown Brewing Co. space at 1209 Hull St into Bolo’s Eatery. The new brewpub will serve beer made on-site and dishes like fried chicken and oysters across three levels — including a rooftop deck. RVAHub

- ➤ Richmond’s Black History Museum will host a new exhibit that honors the 140-year legacy of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church—one of the South’s earliest Black Catholic congregations that served as a community hub. The exhibit will feature artifacts, documents and personal memories to show how the church’s legacy continues to inspire local congregations and will run until Nov. 29 with a special procession on Nov. 22. 6 News

- ➤ VCU faculty and volunteers built the Grace Life International School in Ghana over two decades, and it now serves more than 400 children in preschool, primary, and junior high. - ➤ St. Francis Medical Center held a ceremonial groundbreaking in Midlothian for a new 90,000—square-foot outpatient surgery center and office building that will serve Chesterfield County’s growing health needs.
