- ➤ Richmond police charged 23-year-old Jayarie Baskerville-Griffin with first-degree murder and use of a firearm for the July killing of 64-year-old Teresa Jackson when officers found her unresponsive from a gunshot wound at the 1600 block of Rosecrest Avenue around 7:40 a.m.—she was pronounced dead at the scene.
