  • Chesterfield County unveiled three new historical signs Saturday morning to honor its role in the American Revolution at Castlewood on Ironbridge Road — a first step that honors women who served, the Continental Army hospital, and Virginia’s Black Soldiers.   • Attorney General candidate Jason Miyares said during a Saturday press conference that he does not accept Jay Jones’ apology for text messages from 2022 that joked about shooting Todd Gilbert—comments that show poor judgment.
